Britain's Got Talent: Two Grand sings "A Whole New World"

Britain's Got Talent: Two Grand sings "A Whole New World". First up is Two Grand, made up of grandfather John, 76, and his granddaughter Sally, 12. The pair have been singing together for the last two years although, as Sally explains, 'It can take him quite a while to learn the words to the songs!'

A singer for more than 50 years, John’s biggest ambition is to perform at the Royal Variety with his granddaughter at his side.

After their performance Amanda Holden comments that the pair 'surprised her, I wasn’t expecting that to be that good'.

Kelly calls the performance 'adorable' and Piers Morgan states that 'this competition is all about people like you, you came out here and totally charmed this audience'.

But Simon, as always, puts a slight dampener on things: 'I love the relationship between the two of you. But it’s like putting seven sugars in your coffee, it’s a little bit too sweet.'

Britain's Got Talent airs on Saturday (May 16) at 8.20pm on ITV1, followed by Britain's Got More Talent on ITV2 at 9.20pm.
